Fellow communicator, Michael R. Ellis, RMCS USN(Ret), has become an excellent author and his offerings center around Navy Communications, hero being RM2 Rigney Page - very interesting novels. Two to date and a third one on the way. The latest novel takes place at NCS Nea Makri (NGR). Terrific author and a must read for all intersted in Naval Communications in the era of 1950-1970. Links for more information and how to obtain these books are: Apollo Rises and Nea Makri.
Mike Ellis has released yet another novel, titled "Chief Page". “From the Philippines to the northern coast of Scotland, Chief Page combats America’s enemies and stirs conflict with his chain of command.” “Evil regrets the day it crossed paths with this navy chief!”
Mike has just released a fourth novel!
Chief Page embarks on another adventurous trek through the Cold War navy. . . . Follow The Hero of Thurso as he combats the red menace in the waters and islands of The Bonifacio Strait . . . . . . Watch the chief’s leadership tested when he must cope with destructive incompetence in the chain-of-command . . .
