USNLAA COPYRIGHT FORM

This form is intended for original, previously unpublished photos and memorabilia submitted to the U.S. Navcommsta Londonderry Alumni Association (USNLAA). The completed and signed form is necessary as a  prerequisite  for inclusion of material in the USNLAA Historical Database. Please send it with the photos and memorabilia you submit for inclusion in the USNLAA Historical Database. No other form or wording modifications are allowed.

Copyright Transfer

The undersigned hereby transfer any and all rights in and to the above listed items including without limitation all copyrights to the U.S. Navcommsta Londonderry Alumni Association, Inc., known as USNLAA. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the items listed are original and that he/she is the owner of the items, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.

In return, USNLAA agrees to the following:

1.  The listed items will become part of the USNLAA Historical Database.

2.  The USNLAA will make the USNLAA Historical Database available to members and other third party requests such as historical researchers and authors. Unless indicated by the submitter, all material submitted will become part of the Historical Database and available for distribution and publication.  

3.  Historical researchers and authors must request permission from USNLAA for copy privileges such as third party requests for reprinting, republishing, etc.

Information for Contributors:

It is the policy of USNLAA to own the copyrights to all copyrightable material in its Historical Data Base, and to the individual contributions therein, in order to protect the interests of USNLAA, and its members. USNLAA will make every reasonable effort to act in the interests of members and contributors to the USNLAA Historical Data Base, as well as in its own interests. For all third party republication requests, USNLAA requires that the consent of the USNLAA be sought as a condition in granting republication rights.
