The Seabrook Room will serve as the Hospitality Room and will be available for our
exclusive use from Thursday until Sunday morning. Reunion attendees will be permitted
to keep their favorite beverages, coolers, and snacks, in this room (for consumption in
this room only.) Ice will be provided by the hotel staff.

Raffle tickets will be on sale all weekend. Sale benefits the USNLAA Scholarship Fund.
NAVCOMMSTA merchandise such as commemorative coins, patches, window decals,
& label pins will also be on sale at all the events.

4:00PM: Reunion Packet Pickup in the Reunion Hospitality Room - Seabrook Room

Evening: Informal Dinner/Drinks at “Tommy Condon's” – The Best Irish Pub in Charleston.
Irish Pub food, Irish Music, pay your own check. Dress is casual.

Friday, September 18th

Late Registration – 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Morning: Fort Sumter Tour; meet in the Lobby at designated time.

Afternoon: Free

Members Reception – 6:00pm
Location: Jericho Room

A group Social with light Hors d’oeurves consisting of cheese & vegetable trays, and a cash
bar. Bring tickets for admittance. Dress is casual.

Saturday, September 19th

Morning: Patriot’s Point Tour; meet in the Lobby at designated time.

Afternoon: General Membership Meeting: Location: Seabrook Room at designated time.

Members Dinner Dance: 6:00pm – 2:00am
Location: Ballroom
6:00pm Cocktail Hour, 7:00pm Buffet Dinner, 8:00pm Dancing/Entertainment
