3:00 PM: Reunion Packet Pickup – in the City Hotel "Corinthian Lounge"
Located on the 1st floor (2nd floor of hotel) just before entering the ballroom
Your Reunion Packet contains reunion information, event tickets (you must bring a ticket in order to be admitted to all events), and your name badge. You will also be given a plastic name badge holder. Please wear your name badge to all reunion events. Please return the plastic holder at the end of the last event you'll be attending, as we always re-use them for future reunions. Please inform all of your GUEST attendees of this request. A container will be made available for badge holder returns at the exit door. You may, of course, keep your Name Badge Card as a memento (but not the plastic holder), if you so desire.
6:00PM – 10:00PM: Member's Opener with Finger Buffet - City Hotel's "Corinthian Ballroom"
This reception is open to members, their spouse/significant other, and any family members who might have traveled with them to the reunion.
Cocktail hour will start at 6:00PM, followed with a
Finger Buffet at 7:00 PM consisting of:
Selection of freshly prepared sandwiches with two hot options, coffee, and tea.
Cash
bar available throughout the evening
Dress is casual.

8:00 PM - Welcome to Attendees and Invited Guests

Presentation of our 2015 NWRC Scholarships Awards

Irish Step Dancers Performance
9:00PM - 1:00AM The Trevor Keys 'Strings and Things' Band perform for your listening/dancing pleasure

TBD Time - Recognized local historian and researcher, Mr. Mark Lusby, has offered to give a talk and/or tour of remaining U.S. military sites in the area
including Beech Hill Camp and Museum, Magee HQ, and U.S. Navy Yard at Fort George.
Member Frank Ekstrom is coordinating this effort and will be discussed
further at the Member's Opener on Sunday.

Caesar salad with seasoned chicken cos lettuce, croutons and lardons of crispy bacon in a creamy garlic dressing

Baked Atlantic salmon served with a creamy prawn and baby leeks sauce
