3:00 PM: Reunion Packet Pickup – in the City Hotel "Corinthian Lounge"
Located on the 1st floor (2nd floor of hotel) just before entering the ballroom
Your Reunion Packet contains reunion information, event tickets (you must bring a ticket in order to be admitted to all events), and your name badge. You will also be given a plastic name badge holder. Please wear your name badge to all reunion events. Please return the plastic holder at the end of the last event you'll be attending, as we always re-use them for future reunions. Please inform all of your GUEST attendees of this request. A container will be made available for badge holder returns at the exit door. You may, of course, keep your Name Badge Card as a memento (but not the plastic holder), if you so desire.
6:00PM – 10:00PM: Reunion Opener with Finger Buffet - City Hotel's "Corinthian Ballroom"
This reception is open to members, their spouse/significant other, family members, and guests.
Cocktail hour will start at 6:00PM, followed with a
Finger Buffet at 7:00 PM consisting of:
Selection of freshly prepared sandwiches with three hot options, coffee, and tea.
Cash
bar available throughout the evening
Dress is casual.
